Grilled Paneer Tikka

Green Chutney Ingredients:
 2 Green chilies (optional)
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tbsp Cut coriander
 Bunch of mint leaves
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 2 tbsp Yogurt
 1 tsp Cumin powder (optional)
Main Dish Ingredients:
 500 g Cottage cheese (Indian paneer)
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tbsp Chilli powder
 1 Medium size green bell pepper- cut in cubes
 1 Medium size onion - cut in cubes
 1 tbsp Ginger + garlic paste
 2 tbsp Whisked yogurt
 1 tbsp Cumin powder (optional)
 1 tbsp Garam masala
 1 tbsp Cut coriander
 1 tbsp Carrom seeds
 1 Lemon to garnish at the end
 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Let's get started:

In a blender add roughly chop coriander, mint, green chilies, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and cumin powder.

Blend them together nicely, until your desired consistency.

Main Dish

In a bowl add cubed paneer, salt, chili powder, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, sliced onion cubes, and bell pepper cubes. Mix these and let them marinate for about 15min.

Stack up the paneer, bell peppers & onions on a skewer.

Heat up the grill pan and add some oil.

When the grill pan is hot enough, place the skewers and cook it until it turns golden brown on all the sides, so take care in turning the skewer, the paneer should be cooked properly.
